Bulgaria announced its withdrawal from the "coalition of the willing" supporting Ukraine
"We are not participating in a coalition that insists on continuing financial and military aid to Ukraine," Prime Minister Rumen Radev said on July 14, writes Bloomberg.

"The resolution of this conflict lies not in prolonging it by military means, but in a strong diplomatic mission that will finally put an end to the escalation," the Bulgarian Prime Minister noted.
Representatives of Bulgaria did not participate in the meeting of heads of states — members of the "coalition of the willing" that took place in Paris on July 13, although they had participated in previous summits.
