31-year-old Belarusian footballer died after a long illness

Siarhei Haliuk was a youth academy product of "Maladziechna" and played 130 matches for his home club.

On August 7, 31-year-old footballer Siarhei Haliuk passed away. For a long time, he battled an illness, but it proved stronger.

Haliuk was born in Maladziechna and was a product of the local club's youth academy. In addition, Siarhei Haliuk played for "Kolas" from Chervyen and "Viliya" from Vileika.

The deceased footballer is survived by his wife and two young children.
