A resident of Kalinkavichy stated that after road work, her car was completely covered in road chips. The State Automobile Inspectorate (GAI) informed her that the matter was not within their competence, writes BGmedia.

The woman shared on social media about the unpleasant situation that occurred during asphalt paving near a residential building. According to her, after the road machinery worked, the car was completely covered in debris.
"Thanks to the road services for the free tuning! The car is completely covered in road chips!" she wrote.
The car owner immediately contacted the GAI and the police, hoping to receive help and identify those responsible. Inspectors confirmed that the car was parked without violations but explained that such a dispute was beyond their competence, as there were no dents or scratches on the car. As a result, she was advised to seek compensation for damages through court.
The woman is outraged that all responsibility is effectively shifted to the victim: "It turns out that a person whose property has been damaged must independently spend time, effort, and money to achieve justice."
She also claims that instead of trying to resolve the situation, representatives of the road services began to say that the car was in a green zone. At the same time, as the woman assures, the car was parked in the yard area.
"Is this how it should be? Where is the responsibility and basic human respect for people?" the car owner asks.
