Four establishments operating under the Lidbeer brand in Minsk have been put up for sale. Announcements appeared on the Realt website, writes Office Life.
Thus, a bar on Zybitskaya Street with an area of 70 square meters is being sold for 450 thousand rubles. For an establishment twice as large in area on Yakub Kolas Street, they are asking 210 thousand rubles, and for a bar with an area of 46.5 sq. m on Internatsionalnaya — 180 thousand rubles.
The most expensive establishment among those put up for sale is located on Komsomolskaya Street — almost 163 square meters. They are asking 660 thousand rubles for it. The object description states that a "highly profitable business in the historical center of Minsk" is being sold.

The Lidbeer chain of bars project includes more than 10 establishments in Minsk. In December 2025, a restaurant-museum of beer opened on Revolyutsionnaya Street. This is a joint project of Lida Beer and the Lidbeer bar chain.
Lida Beer company is part of the Finnish holding Olvi Group. Earlier, Audrius Mikšys, the general director of Lida Beer, stated that in the last year, the company's sales have been growing mainly due to the non-alcoholic segment.
