Kubrakov criticized the work of the State Automobile Inspection, noting that the current results it has shown do not meet requirements, which is reflected in the number of accidents and fatalities.
"Unfortunately, there are no results! Everything is logical: if the work is not organized at the proper level, then we see statistics both for road traffic accidents and for fatalities. Control over motor transport by the GAI is practically absent!
To identify and stop violations by hooligan motorcyclists, it is necessary to create mobile raid groups and more actively utilize the capabilities of the republican public safety monitoring system, especially in the capital. Reckless drivers should not have a sense of impunity!", he stated.
