The enterprise is also continuing its large-scale modernization. By 2028, it is planned to increase milk processing volumes to 903 tons per day and expand the production of products with a deeper degree of processing.
Among the new projects is the creation of a production facility for dry milk protein concentrate MPC-80, which is used in the food industry, medicine, and cosmetology. The plant is also preparing to launch the production of anhydrous milk fat, which they plan to supply to the African market.
In addition, by the end of the year, the enterprise will open a new line for bottling milk and drinking yogurts.
Other branches of the plant are also developing new directions: in Ashmyany, cheese packaging will be expanded, in Smarhon — ice cream production and cottage cheese packaging, and in Navahrudak, an additional cheese line with a capacity of 10 tons of products per day will appear.
In total, the Lida Dairy Canning Plant processes about 1.8 thousand tons of milk daily, produces approximately 250 types of products, and exports about 70% of its production to 26 countries worldwide.
