Sausage and sirloin from Drahichyn district ended up on the black list
In Belarus, the State Standard's Register of Dangerous Products included two meat products from the private enterprise "Miron" from the agro-town of Khomsk, Drahichyn district. The reason was the detection of unacceptable microbiological indicators in the products.

The dry-cured sausage of the highest grade "Tseshchyna Kalbaska" (Mother-in-law's Sausage) made it onto the "black list". During the inspection, Staphylococcus aureus was found in it – a bacterium whose presence in such a volume is not permitted by safety standards.
The dry-cured pork "Palyandvitsa Panskaya" (Noble Sirloin) was also recognized as dangerous. In this product, specialists found coliform bacteria (E. coli group), as well as the same Staphylococcus aureus.

Due to the identified violations, the sale of both meat products in Belarus is prohibited from June 13, 2026.
Such measures are taken to protect consumers, as consumption of products with dangerous microorganisms can harm health.
