In Naroulya, a 73-year-old pensioner and her two great-grandchildren — a 5-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy — died in a fire

Another great-grandchild — a 7-year-old boy — is in intensive care.

According to preliminary information, a report about the fire on Sotsialisticheskaya Street was received by rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations at 3:22 AM.

At that time, elderly spouses and four children were in the house.

Even before the arrival of rescuers, witnesses managed to help the eldest child and the grandfather escape the fire.

The 73-year-old homeowner died from the injuries sustained at the scene, and her 10-year-old great-grandson and 5-year-old great-granddaughter died on the way to the hospital in an ambulance.

Medics are currently fighting for the life of another boy. The 7-year-old child, in serious condition, has been taken to intensive care.
