This year's CSTO exercises will take place at two Belarusian training grounds

Preparations for the CSTO exercises "Unbreakable Brotherhood — 2026" and "Barrier — 2026" have begun in Belarus. The first exercises will involve peacekeeping forces, and the second will involve units of radiation, chemical, and biological defense, as well as medical support, reports the press service of the Ministry of Defense.

Negotiations took place in Minsk between representatives of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, as well as the Joint Staff and the CSTO Secretariat. During the meeting, participants agreed on the plans for the exercises, the composition of the command and national contingents, the procedure for practicing practical actions, and logistical issues.

In addition, reconnaissance was carried out at the locations where the exercises will take place — the "Losvida" and "Staradorozhsky" training grounds.
