A cottage designed by Zrobim is for sale in Zhdanovichy. Even unfinished, it impresses
The plot is 17 ares, with pine trees. Wide glass terraces seem to be built into the pine forest.

The former dacha villages in Zhdanovichy, where Vasil Bykaŭ's summer house-museum is located, are now unrecognizable. The area, just a couple of kilometers from the Minsk Ring Road, has in recent years been built up with expensive modern cottages that impress with their architecture and scale.
Bykaŭ's dacha is on 6th Dachnaya Street. And not far away, on 1st Dachnaya, in Zhdanovichy, one of the most unusual buildings in this part of the suburb has been put up for sale. The cottage is being built according to the project of the Zrobim Architects bureau, who were visited by security forces in April.

Current state of the cottage
Judging by the photos, the main construction work is already completed. The house has a finished facade, panoramic glazing, roof, and exterior finishing. However, inside, much work remains to be done.

The building stands out with strict geometric shapes, a flat roof, and panoramic glazing almost the full height of the floors. The finishing is done with ceramic tiles and natural wood. The facades combine light and graphite shades, and the entire composition seems to be built into the pine forest.

The main facade is particularly impressively designed: a two-story volume with wide terraces. The project includes a large open relaxation area, as well as a swimming pool and a sauna.

The total area of the cottage is 657 square meters. The plot is 17.46 ares in private ownership.

On the ground floor, a huge living room of more than 90 square meters was designed, a separate relaxation area of almost 62 square meters, several offices, a gym, a kitchen, a garage for two cars, and a large terrace.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, including a master bedroom of almost 50 square meters with its own bathroom and access to a terrace of more than 55 square meters. In the basement, technical rooms for water purification systems and house maintenance are located.

According to the description on the Realt.by website, the house is built using monolithic-frame technology, and the walls are filled with ceramic porous blocks — this is a modern material with many small air pores, which retains heat better and provides good sound insulation.

For the facades, Laminam ceramic slabs were used — one of the most famous European brands in the architectural ceramics segment, and larch impregnated with Finnish oil. The flat roof was covered with a modern Hyperdesmo insulation system, which should reliably protect the house from leaks and moisture. Gas, water, and central sewerage are already connected to the house.

From the cottage, a forest path leads to beach #5 of the Minsk Sea in 8 minutes on foot. Nearby are the sanatoriums "Belorusochka" and "Raketa", the BSU educational and sports base, and the Federation of Trade Unions. On the opposite bank of the Svislach river are the entertainment center "Syabry", the medical center "Neo", and the Republican Clinical Medical Center of Lukashenka's Administration.
October Square or Victory Square can be reached from the house by car in 25 minutes. But there is also a public transport stop nearby.
They are asking for 1.7 million dollars for the unfinished cottage.
On the same street, for one million dollars, another cottage is currently for sale — with a plot two ares smaller. The house itself is approximately 200 square meters more compact. Also for sale is an empty plot of 11 ares — for which they are asking about 395 thousand dollars in equivalent.
