EPAM Enters Multi-Year Partnership with Anthropic, Will Implement Claude
EPAM clarified that thanks to the partnership, they will help corporate clients implement Claude, developed by Anthropic, into real business processes, writes Office Life.

This means simplifying complex legacy operations, automating workflows, and analyzing large datasets. This will be achieved through EPAM's engineering expertise and Anthropic's Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Agent SDK models.
The press release states that EPAM is forming a dedicated unit with over 10,000 architects certified in Claude, including 250 specialized engineers. More than 1,300 people have already completed certification, and this number is expected to reach 5,000 by the end of Q3. Thousands more such specialists will be trained in 2027. Concurrently, over 20,000 EPAM employees have undergone training through Anthropic Academy.
According to Elaina Shekhter, EPAM's Director of Strategy and Transformation, the partnership with Anthropic is a significant milestone in the company's mission to become a leading provider of AI-driven strategic services for Global 2000 clients.
Anthropic is a leading American artificial intelligence company, founded in 2021 by former employees of OpenAI, which developed ChatGPT.
