The agreement was joined by BelGo Corp LLC (Yandex Go), A1 UE (A1 Taxi), and AutoYurline LLC (Taxi 152).
Specifically, it refers to an agreement not to inflate prices during periods of peak demand (for example, during extreme weather or major international events).
Thus, taxi dispatchers undertake to:
- refrain from increasing the cost of dispatch services;
- take measures to stimulate carriers to ensure the necessary number of vehicles on the line;
- limit the value of the surge pricing coefficient for passenger transportation to a level not exceeding three.
In addition, the document provides for effective information interaction with consumers and the implementation of social projects.
The agreement is open for other taxi dispatchers who are ready to undertake these obligations.
