Belinvestbank lowers mortgage rates for the second time since the beginning of the month
Since April 9, Belinvestbank has lowered the loan rate for apartment purchases from 17.5% to 16.5%, Realt writes .

Since April 1, Belinvestbank had already lowered the loan rate for purchasing housing in the secondary market from 18.11% to 17.5%.
With the new reduction, the rates for loans for apartment construction and for purchasing ready-made housing in the secondary market have equalized — 16.5%.
The maximum term for which housing loans are issued at Belinvestbank is 20 years. For amounts up to 150 thousand rubles, money can be obtained without guarantors, secured by the apartment.
At the beginning of the year, nine banks in the country were issuing loans for real estate purchases. In most of them, rates were above 18%.
