The Hantsavichy Bakery plans to expand its product range and be the first in Belarus to launch the production of extruded rusks. Similar snacks are already sold on the Belarusian market, but for now they are only produced by foreign manufacturers, writes Tochka.by.

A new workshop is planned to be opened as part of the Pripyat Polesie development program. There, rusks will be produced from grain raw materials, which are processed at high temperature and under pressure. After exiting the extruder, the mass increases in volume and acquires a light, porous structure. The result is a crispy and fluffy snack that can be eaten separately or used for breading.
One of the main directions of the plant's work now is the production of corn sticks. The enterprise produces up to 4 tons of such products per day. The assortment is also constantly expanding.
Recently, the plant started producing corn sticks for baby food. Their oil and powdered sugar content is minimized.
In addition, in the near future, the enterprise plans to launch mass production of cherry-flavored corn sticks.
