At a meeting of the working group on the maintenance and improvement of the territory of Minsk, they discussed how Minsk beaches will change, write Minsk-News.
"Children's bathing pools made of plastic modular pontoons have been installed on beaches No. 2, 5, 8, 9 of the Drozdy reservoir, No. 4 of the Krinitsa reservoir, No. 2, 3 of the Tsnyanskoye reservoir, and No. 6 of the Zaslavskoye reservoir. Floating fences have been installed on beaches No. 2, 5 of the Zaslavskoye reservoir and No. 6 on Komsomolskoye Lake. Such fences will appear on the remaining 11 beaches in the near future," said Dmitry Matyushko, Chairman of the Minsk City Organization of the Water Rescue Society.
It was decided to focus specifically on stationary children's bathing pools: the possibility of installing them by the next season on all beaches without exception should be considered, said Oleg Korzun, Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee, to the heads of district administrations and relevant services.
