In Babruysk, a 50-year-old resident of Sviatlahorsk who orchestrated a large-scale raid on local stores has been detained.

The man took advantage of the absence of security guards in the halls, filled his backpack with stolen goods, and calmly exited without going to the checkout. However, his actions were captured by surveillance cameras.
After detaining the thief, police found out that he didn't stop at just one store and managed to rob seven more establishments in the city that day. In total, he stole goods worth more than 2,000 rubles.
A criminal case has been initiated against the man.
