He was engaged in entrepreneurial activity from January 22, 2025, to June 10, 2026, without mandatory state registration and a special permit, BelTA writes.
Services were provided in a room equipped as a dental office, using dental equipment, medical instruments, and preparations.
In court, the citizen, against whom an administrative offense report was filed, explained that he had graduated from the dental faculty and had a higher medical education. The man pleaded guilty, repented of his actions, and stated that he did it due to low income.
He was fined 20 basic units (900 rubles) with the confiscation of 100% of the income received from entrepreneurial activity. Dental equipment, medical instruments, and preparations were confiscated.
