Israeli cuisine bistro reopens in Minsk's Osmolovka

The popular Minsk Israeli cuisine bistro "Beten Gav" has reopened in Minsk's Osmolovka district. The establishment has returned to its previous address — Kiselev Street, 28, writes Office Life.

The bistro team announced the resumption of operations on social media, inviting guests to visit the establishment at its usual location.

"Beten Gav" has been operating in Osmolovka since 2019. At the time of its opening, it had about 30 seats. In September 2025, the establishment unexpectedly ceased operations, explaining it with technical reasons.

At the same time, the owners immediately noted that the closure would be temporary. During the break, the bistro welcomed visitors in the "Zest" oriental cuisine space on Revolutsionnaya Street.

Now "Beten Gav" is again operating in its historic location in Osmolovka.
