Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan to hold joint CSTO exercises in autumn

Joint exercises of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), during which special attention will be paid to the use of the latest types of weapons, will be held in autumn on the territory of Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. This was announced by Anatoly Yakovlev, a representative of the CSTO Joint Staff, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, "Vedomosti" writes.
According to him, the events are scheduled for September — October. Yakovlev noted that the main attention during the exercises will be given to improving the training and application of troops, taking into account the experience of modern armed conflicts.
