The single-story building was erected in 1979. Its area is 315 square meters, and the land plot occupies 1.46 hectares, writes Blizko.by.

The lot description contains almost no additional information, but it is noted that the object has no encumbrances. This means that the new owner will be able to use it as they wish, provided it is in accordance with the law.

Judging by the published photos, the technical premises of the bus station require tidying up: a lot of unnecessary things and garbage have accumulated inside.

The initial price of the lot is 249,600 rubles. The bidding increment is 10 percent. In addition, the auction winner must pay the organizer a commission of 4 percent of the final sale price.

Thus, the minimum amount for which the bus station can be purchased is about 285,542 rubles, which corresponds to approximately 101 thousand US dollars at the current exchange rate.

Buildings of train stations and bus stations do not often appear at auctions in Belarus, but such cases still happen. Previously, the suburban railway station in Vitebsk, the building of the railway station in the village of Kiryanovtsy, Lida district, and also the former bus ticket office in the settlement of Ilya, Vileika district, were put up for auction. After the sale of the latter, the building began to be renovated, but it no longer performs passenger service functions.
