The entire police department in the Moscow region could not calm down 23-year-old Belarusian Kiryl Karlovsky.
The native of Karma studied at a vocational school in Slavgorod. As a teenager, he was noted for breaking doors in a rural community center. After that, he went to conquer Russia.
However, due to dramatic events near the "Magnit" store in the Belye Stolby microdistrict near Domodedovo (30 km from Moscow), his plans were forced to change.
Karlovsky approached an unfamiliar woman and punched her in the face. She was left with a black eye.
Two operatives were called to the scene, who subdued the Belarusian and took him to the police station. There he continued to shout, and then punched the head of the department in the face, splitting his lip.
Ultimately, Karlovsky repented and fully admitted his guilt. For hitting the woman, he was sentenced to 300 hours of compulsory labor, and for hitting the police officer — one and a half years of imprisonment.
This became the final sentence — one and a half years in a settlement colony.
The verdict notes that the Belarusian was found to have an emotionally unstable personality disorder and alcohol dependence syndrome.
