In May and June, "Freschez" sold 10,599 shares of the combine on exchange trades, which amounts to 35.5% of the authorized capital. The transaction amount was 45.4 million rubles.
After this transaction, Dzmitry and Valiantsin Baiko, as well as Richard Sheral, increased their shares in the enterprise. As a result, Dzmitry Baiko gained indirect control over more than 81% of the combine's shares, Valiantsin Baiko — over more than 57%, and Richard Sheral — over 8.6%.
The conflict around "Freschez" has been ongoing for several years. The company found itself in bankruptcy proceedings after a corporate dispute between Ihar Charniauski and the co-owners of the "Conte Spa" group. The parties had different assessments of the possibility of repaying debts using the company's assets.
In 2025, an assessment of the value of shares of the Turov Dairy Combine was conducted. Various experts came to significantly different results, so the court proposed to determine the final real value of the shares through exchange trades.
In February 2026, the court recognized "Freschez" as an insolvent company and ordered its liquidation by July 14, 2026. Thus, control over the Turov Dairy Combine is effectively passing to the Baiko brothers and their partners.
