Yesterday, all Belarusians were touched by the story of a guy who waited for his beloved with flowers in the rain at a bus stop near Mak.by on Niamiha. Thanks to social networks, the couple was found quickly.
The romantic short film was shot by theater and film actress Alesia Klachko. She says it all happened by chance.
The story unfolds on a gloomy, rainy day. A young man with a bouquet of red roses sits on the parapet of a busy road, cars and trolleybuses pass by. The guy looks tense: while waiting, he huddled from the cold and rain, but carefully holds the flowers.
Apparently, the meeting was arranged at this spot, but the wait dragged on.
At some point, the guy stands up — the girl has arrived. Those who followed the drama burst into applause.
In one day, the video on Instagram gained about half a million views and more than 30 thousand likes. Olympic biathlon champion Dinara Smolskaya commented: «As a mother of a boy, it's pleasant to watch and take as an example of upbringing.»
Mak.by also reacted promptly: they created a comic strip based on this story and offered the video's author a free dinner at their restaurant. Incidentally, the heroes of the romantic video were promised the same.
