The strategic impact of striking tanks is not that significant: they burned down and were rebuilt. However, giant fires affect the mood of the Russian population. Kyiv continues to methodically strike at Russia's fuel infrastructure. The war has ceased to be popular among Russians; they have begun to understand its costs. Ukraine expects that such patient tactics will eventually create the preconditions for its cessation.

Но это же не так. Вы считаете, что резервуары строили только для того, чтобы они были, потому что это красиво? Или они как-то сглаживают неравномерность поставок нефти или отгрузок нефтепродуктов? А если сглаживают, где хранить избытки при отсутствии резервуаров?
