Oz.by bookstores have summarized the year's results.

In 2025, consumer interest in books by domestic authors sharply increased. Cumulative sales of such publications increased by 200%, making Belarusian literature one of the fastest-growing areas, writes Tochka.by.
The biggest surge is observed in the category of fiction by contemporary Belarusian authors: sales of short story collections and novels grew by more than a third.
Throughout the year, interest in products in the Belarusian language increased by 30%.
This trend goes hand-in-hand with the popularity of classical literature: for example, "Shliakhtsits Zavalnia" (The Nobleman Zavalnia) remains a top seller, and its annual figures continue to grow.
When it comes to genres, mystery and horror added 130% by the end of the year. At the same time, psychology and historical novels showed a 15% decrease in sales.
The most popular books of the year: "If All the Cats in the World Disappear", "(Un)clean Minsk", "God Always Travels Incognito".
Educational literature also shows significant growth. Traffic rules handbooks remain in the top for the last five years.
