14-year-old teenager made a bomb threat at a hospital in Salihorsk and a school in Slutsk
Messages were received in the chat bot of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about an alleged bomb threat at a hospital in Salihorsk and a school in Slutsk. For the cancellation of the explosion, the author of the message demanded a ransom, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports .

Police officers promptly reacted to the information. Employees of the Minsk Region Cybercrime Counteraction Department quickly identified the person who sent the messages. It turned out to be a 14-year-old resident of Slutsk.
The teenager expected to remain anonymous and for a "joke" used a purchased Telegram account, but he failed to hide. He also boasted about his actions to a friend via the messenger.
A criminal case has now been initiated regarding this fact.
The police reminded parents that a deliberately false report of danger is not a harmless prank and can have criminal consequences. Responsibility for such an offense in Belarus begins at 14 years of age. In addition to punishment, the perpetrator must compensate for the expenses incurred by emergency services during the verification of the report.
