In Minsk, attempts are being made again to find an investor for a plot of land at 7C Petra Glebki Street. The right to lease 44 ares is offered for 42,459 rubles, but the land can only be used for the construction of an indoor climbing wall with underground parking. The first auction did not lead to an investor, so new bidding is scheduled for September 16, writes Domovita.by.
A sports facility is planned to be built on the plot with an area of 0.44 hectares. The area of the climbing wall itself should be about 800 sq. m, the underground parking — up to 1000 sq. m, and the total area of the building cannot exceed 1800 sq. m. The land is leased for five years.
The winner of the auction will have to start work quite quickly. Within two months after signing the agreement, it is necessary to formalize the right to the plot, and within another month, begin preparation of design documentation. No more than two years are allocated for the development of the project and obtaining state expert approval. Construction must begin no later than six months after the project approval.
The investor will also have to compensate for damage caused to lawns and trees, and transfer the removed fertile soil layer to "Minskzelenbud". It is forbidden to change the purpose of the plot or sublease it.
The initial price of the lot is 42,459.72 rubles, the deposit is 8,300 rubles. In addition, the winner will have to cover 12,952.84 rubles in expenses for preparing documents and pay for the auction. Rent for the land is paid separately.
Bidding will take place on September 16 at 11:00 AM at Karla Marksa Street, 39. Applications are accepted until September 14 inclusive. If only one participant attends the auction, they will be able to acquire the plot at the initial price with a 5 percent increase.
