In Gomel, a Belarusian noticed a car with Russian license plates, which, judging by the video, was parked on the lawn near a house. He filmed this and published the video, BGmedia noted.
The video shows a white car with its wheels on the green area next to the trees.
The video quickly gathered many comments. Some users did not hide their indignation:
