According to the Civil Guard, the truck veered off the road to the right side, writes Diario.

As a result of the accident, the driver was not injured, but significant damage was caused to both the road infrastructure and the truck itself. In addition, the semi-trailer partially blocked the roadway, which restricted traffic until 11:30 PM, when it was fully restored in both directions.

Medical services, a traffic police patrol, and officers from the Traffic Accident Investigation Group of the Huesca Civil Guard's traffic police unit arrived at the scene.

The man underwent a breath alcohol test. The result was 1.16 mg of alcohol per liter of exhaled air, which is more than seven times the permissible limit of 0.15 mg/l for professional drivers and significantly above the 0.60 mg/l threshold, after which driving under the influence of alcohol is considered a criminal offense.

The 40-year-old man was arrested and later released on bail pending trial.
