The already traditional Tutaka Festival takes place over four days — from July 16 to 19 — in the Borzyk tract in Podlasie, Poland. This is its sixth occurrence, writes Radio Svaboda.

On July 16, the first participants began arriving at the festival.
The main program starts on Friday, July 17. For the first time this year, admission to the festival has become paid: while in previous years it was free, now an adult ticket costs 150 zloty (about 35 euros).
The Belarusian-language rock band RIMA from Horodok, Podlasie, which returned last year after a 13-year break, will perform on stage.
Also participating in the music program will be rapper Vinsent, Anastasia Rydleuskaya, and the bands Dzieciuki, B:N:, "Biaz Nazvy" (Without a Name), and "Razbitaje Serca Patsana" (Broken Heart of a Guy).
The program includes informal meetings with Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, Pavel Seviarynets, Maksim Znak, and the festival's musicians. The film "Under the Grey Sky" by director Mary Tamkovich, inspired by the story of political prisoners — journalists Katsiaryna Andreeva and Ihar Ilyash, will also be shown.
For craft enthusiasts, master classes will be organized on making traditional "zhadanitsa" wish dolls and straw horses, as well as painting shopper bags and wooden bookmarks. Musician Volha Baryshnikava will conduct a master class on Belarusian folk songs (prypeuki).
Psychotherapist Hanna Matuliak will lead a discussion on loss, trauma, and recovery, while Orthodox priest Aliaksandr Kukhta will speak about Belarus's place in the Orthodox world and the connection between religion and politics.
Those interested can attend an open recording of the podcast "Ears of Grain Under the AI Scythe."
Philosopher Uladzimir Matskevich will talk about a methodological game that brought together representatives of Belarusian democratic forces and political structures this spring. Katsiaryna Vadanosava will present a lecture on the fashion of Kastuś Kalinoŭski's era, and the historical reconstruction club Invictus 1863 will demonstrate the drill of scythemen.
Belarusian publishers will discuss how book publishing survives after 2020. However, this year, unlike previous years, there will be no book stalls at the festival fair.
Also at Tutaka, the second football tournament in memory of artist Ales Pushkin will take place.
This is only a part of the festival's planned events.
