He hasn't been given a new high-ranking position yet.

After Ruslan Charnecki was shown the door at the Ministry of Culture, he continued to perform on the stage of the Maksim Horki Theater (he regularly played in productions even while being a minister).
By the way, Nastassia Charneckaja, Ruslan's wife, rejoiced on social media about such global changes in her husband's life. She said they finally started spending more time together. The thing is, Nastassia is a makeup artist and occasionally does her husband's makeup.
Now, Charnecki has been invited to host a new travel show "Nam po puti" (Along the Way) on ONT. In it, the former minister will show travels across Belarus.

Photos from the show's filming, which took place on July 15 at the "Spadčyna" craft center in Hrodna, were published on Instagram. There, the ex-official was shown how towels are made – and he "asked questions that interest every tourist looking for genuine experiences."

Let's remind: Ruslan Charnecki stayed in the ministerial chair for a little over a year. He was dismissed from his post while he was meeting with the Ambassador of Tanzania.
During his work at the ministry, Charnecki managed to make enemies even among those artists who had been singing odes to Lukashenka for years. The Hruzdzjeva sisters publicly spoke out against him. This happened after the Minister of Culture kicked them out of his reception "like dogs."
Alena Lanskaja also held a grudge against Charnecki.
How did Charnecki become a minister at all? As "Naša Niva" reported, he worked as a host at various state events and "corporate parties" for Lukashenka, was remembered by him, and therefore received the position. But he couldn't handle it.
It is interesting that the new artistic director of the Kupalaŭski Theater – 40-year-old Dzmitry Akimaŭ, who previously was the artistic director of Russian provincial theaters – got this position through Charnecki's patronage. It is said that Charnecki either knew Akimaŭ himself from filming movies in Russia, or another of his colleagues from Russian cinema recommended Akimaŭ to the leadership of the Belarusian theater.
