Driver who crashed into an underpass in Kyiv at crazy speed previously caused four traffic accidents

The 49-year-old driver was trapped in the severely damaged car. Rescuers freed him using special equipment and handed him over to medics. He is currently in intensive care in serious condition.
It is reported that the man had previously been repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for speeding. Additionally, he had already been involved in four road accidents, two of which occurred this year.
A criminal case has been opened regarding the incident. If the driver survives and his guilt is proven, he could face up to ten years in prison.
