The Russian company "Uralchem" is going to launch new production facilities at the Gomel Chemical Plant. The plans to invest in Belarusian industry were announced by Russian businessman and native of Belarus, Dmitry Mazepin.

The discussion is about the construction of an enterprise that will produce special water-soluble fertilizers for greenhouse farms. According to the businessman, the project is designed for the next two years.
Mazepin noted that a principal agreement has already been reached with Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, who actively lobbied for this project. On June 3, Mazepin met with Alexander Lukashenka. At that meeting, Lukashenka stated that "a rich man must work for his homeland."
