Erling Haaland shared a life hack that improved his sleep. For this, a very simple item is needed
The Norwegian forward for Manchester City admitted during the Impaulsive podcast that he recently found an effective way to improve sleep quality.

“I think sleep is the most important thing in the world. For good sleep, simple things like blue-light blocking glasses, turning off all light sources in the bedroom are very important,” Sports.ru quotes Haaland.
“And try taping your mouth shut. That's how I sleep. It's not good to overdo things, but if you take small steps every day for a long time, it will really bear fruit.”
The reason for his unusual practice is to maximize nasal breathing, and the exposure to blue light sources can affect sleep.
Haaland is far from the first person to talk about taping one's mouth shut as a way to improve sleep quality. For example, 35-year-old top model Ashley Graham, mother of three children and the world's sexiest woman according to Maxim magazine, also admitted that she tried this method and liked it: “I started taping my mouth shut before bed and have never slept better than now.”
It is believed that nasal breathing during sleep is more natural than mouth breathing. Taping the lips shut can supposedly also help those who snore. However, doctors advise resolving such problems through invasive methods and with the help of specialists.
