It became known how Belarusian businesses affected by attacks on Wildberries warehouses in Russia will be supported
In August, Belarusian companies whose goods were damaged in warehouses in Russia appealed to the Ministry of Economy for assistance in obtaining compensation from the marketplace. Details have now become known about when and what kind of support such sellers will receive, Office Life writes .

A month ago, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Economy with businessmen whose goods suffered damage due to fires at Wildberries warehouses in Russia. At the time, the department announced that approaches to supporting Belarusian businesses had been developed.
When contacting IMVBRB LLC (the Belarusian legal entity of Wildberries), sellers will receive support based on this algorithm. Aid is planned to be provided on an individual basis, taking into account the specific nature of the goods being sold.
Now, the Minsk Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers has shared a letter from the Ministry of Economy stating that IMVBRB LLC is currently verifying information about lost goods with documentary evidence.
«Due to the significant number of appeals from economic entities, the process of determining the volume of support provided will be phased», — the department stated.
Support proposals are promised to be sent individually to each seller's personal account on the Wildberries platform or conveyed through company managers. This work is planned to be completed by the end of November.
Large-scale problems due to fires resulting from Ukrainian drone attacks on Wildberries logistics facilities in Russia began on July 18. The Minsk Metropolitan Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers assessed their consequences as «very significant for the Belarusian economy».
