In Minsk, instead of the "Odessa-Mama" restaurant, a Belarusian cuisine cafe opened, where any dish costs 20 rubles
In Minsk, at Dzerzhinsky Avenue, 104, in the "Titan" business center, the "Odessa-Mama" restaurant worked for several years. But it closed, and a cafe with a completely different concept opened in its place, writes Blizko.by.

Now the cafe positions itself as a Belarusian cuisine establishment, is called "Chaika" (Seagull) and works daily from 12:00 to 23:00.
On the menu: syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) with sour cream and cherry jam, potato pancakes with meat, draniki (potato pancakes) with scrambled eggs and cucumber salad, pancakes with condensed milk and blueberry jam, herring with potatoes, pickles, croutons with cheese sauce, chebureki (fried turnovers) with beef and pork, red borscht with pampushki (garlic buns), rassolnik (pickle soup), herring under a fur coat, "Paparats-Kvetka" cutlets, klotski (dumplings), beef cheeks and other dishes.
All main dishes are sold at a single price: 20 rubles, a portion of bread is paid separately (5 rubles for 70 grams) and drinks. On weekdays from 12:00 to 16:00, a 20% discount applies to the entire menu. This means that one dish will cost not 20, but 16 rubles.
