In Moscow, a woman gave birth at 60. She froze her egg cells 15 years ago

This is her third child, born 20 years after the second. Four days after giving birth, the woman turned 61.

In 2010, the woman froze her own egg cells. 15 years later, they were used for in vitro fertilization, TASS reports.

At 38 weeks of pregnancy, the woman underwent a planned C-section. A healthy boy was born, weighing 3 kilograms and 80 grams.

Her older children initially did not support the woman's decision, but after their brother was born, they changed their attitude. "The older children were against it, but now they have accepted their brother and actively help me," the woman said.

According to her, she prepared for late motherhood in advance and made the decision consciously. Now relatives and friends help her with cooking and cleaning so she can spend more time with her son and get enough sleep.
