BMZ Employee Who Made a Denunciation in 2020 Was "Humiliatingly" Fired
A resident of Zhlobin, Sviatlana Pietrusiova, posted a video appeal to Aliaksandr Lukashenka, noticed "Flagstock". In her video, the woman claims that she worked for 34 years at the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant, and now she has been fired. As she believes — illegally and unfairly.

Pietrusiova emphasized that in the Year of the Belarusian Woman, she "received such a humiliating dismissal", and stated that she is a mother of many children, but did not even take maternity leave, worked honestly, and had no disciplinary actions. As she claimed, she was not given severance pay upon dismissal, and she signed the statement "under the influence of blackmail and threats".
At the same time, she mentioned some "inspection regarding certain circumstances" concerning the head of the department where Pietrusiova worked. Therefore, she even went to him while on vacation. But there, "through blackmail and threats of criminal charges, the head of the [economic security] department forced me to write a resignation letter by agreement of the parties."
She appealed her dismissal, wrote appeals to various authorities, including the Lukashenka Administration, but only received formal replies.

She also stated that she was dismissed by a former police officer (now the plant's department head), and asked Lukashenka to "take measures".
There are several mentions of Sviatlana Pietrusiova online. In 2024, she complained to Natallia Kachanava about the flooding of her plot, from which she had suffered for many years, and local authorities had failed to solve the problem.
Pietrusiova also came to light in 2020. She is mentioned as an informant (full name matches) in connection with a call to the police.
She reported that she noticed several white-red-white flags on trees opposite the private enterprise "Aka" on Pramyslovaya Street in Zhlobin.
