"I note that the state of the domestic economy, its industries, and its key sectors, is stable, even despite external attempts to destabilize the situation in the fuel and energy complex and some other sectors," the head of the Russian state said.
On July 4, Putin signed a law which, among other things, aims to ensure the domestic market with gasoline and diesel fuel. The amendments allow mixing straight-run gasoline with other components to produce high-octane automotive fuel.
