Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program

An annual program for experienced professionals with leadership potential and a desire to work for the benefit of society. Participants develop their own professional development program without earning a degree at one of the leading U.S. universities.

Suitable for specialists in the fields of: public policy, economics, human rights, journalism, healthcare, ecology, education, and others.

Key Requirements:

• Belarusian citizenship;
• completed higher education (Bachelor's or equivalent);
• minimum 5 years of professional experience;
• good level of English;
• leadership potential.

Fulbright Faculty Development Program (FFDP) for university lecturers

Application deadline for the FFDP program — August 2, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+3).

A semester-long professional internship for university lecturers without earning a degree. The program provides an opportunity to develop new courses, improve teaching methodologies, conduct research, and establish academic connections.

Key Requirements:

• Belarusian citizenship;
• completed higher education (Bachelor's or equivalent);
• be a lecturer at a higher education institution in Belarus or another country at the time of application;
• have at least two years of teaching experience at a higher education institution at the time of application;
• good level of English.

Fulbright Foreign Student Program (FFSP) for international students

Application deadline for the FFSP program — August 2, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+3).

FFSP allows students to obtain a Master's degree in the USA in fields such as international relations, education, law, environmental policy, public administration, journalism, healthcare, and others.

Key Requirements:

• Belarusian citizenship;
• completed higher education (Bachelor's or equivalent);
• good level of English.

Terms of Participation and Funding

All programs are fully funded and include:
