WB Taxi has completed testing and is moving to commercial operation in Minsk. The taxi ordering service, which previously connected users as applications were received, is now available to all residents and guests of the capital, writes Tochka.by.
Subscribers with Belarusian numbers can download the WB Taxi app from Google Play and the App Store.
WB Taxi offers a differentiated tariff system. Users of the service also have access to 24/7 chat support, through which they can ask a question or leave feedback.
«In Belarus, taxis are part of the daily rhythm: trips to work, to the doctor, to the airport, to pick up children from school. Wildberries has long become for people not only a familiar and reliable place for shopping, but also a beloved brand. We are confident that WB Taxi will become as natural a choice as the marketplace itself,» said Denis Semenkov, director of Wildberries in Belarus.
