Economic Court Fines Operator A1 110 Million Rubles

Why was such a decision made?

The Commission of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade established a violation of antimonopoly legislation in the actions of UE "A1", which was manifested in the closure of archived tariff plans "Bez Limitu" and "Bez Limitu 2.0" from June 1, 2025, and the transfer of subscribers to the current tariff plan "Drive Unlim" with a higher cost.

Company "A1" has been administratively fined 109.7 million rubles, and an official of the enterprise — 2,250 rubles.

The court's decision has not entered into legal force and may be appealed.
