GUBAZIK and OMON visited a blogger who spoke on YouTube about working in an online casino
A month ago, blogger Andrei Dunikouski was detained in a criminal case for insulting Alyaksandr Lukashenka. The man was held for three days in Akrestsina, and then, according to him, released on bail. He spoke about this on his YouTube channel, noticed "Zerkalo".

According to Andrei, on September 14, GUBAZIK and OMON officers came to his home. The man was detained and taken to the investigator. She said that the blogger was sought as part of a criminal case for insulting Alyaksandr Lukashenka. The reason for the investigation was "some funny videos from Telegram, in particular, some GIFs or some jokes."
"I didn't make any of them myself personally, they were simply taken from the internet, and not by me at all. As you know, I have several admins in Telegram, and they actively post various content to my Telegram channel," Andrei said.
After that, the man was taken to the pre-trial detention center in Akrestsina. There, according to him, it was very cold, and to keep warm, he constantly marched in place. The next day, Andrei was taken to the district police department, where the investigator and a lawyer were waiting for him. There he was shown videos to which there were complaints.
"And I watched these videos, and they contained absolutely insignificant, not even unserious, that is, not offensive at all, but just such, well, like a fun party vibe. That is, for example, there is an episode where simply a huge, muscular Ronnie Coleman, if anyone doesn't know, he's one of the coolest bodybuilders of the nineties - early two thousands, just with Lukashenka's face, well, like made by a neural network, just working out there. That is, what's offensive here, what's humiliating here, I don't know. This is some GIF that has been circulating on the internet for a long time. Someone simply reposted it to my Telegram, maybe even me, maybe one of my admins. And as a result, like, this is considered an insult. And there were about five such jokes," the man said.
After the interrogation at the district police department, the man was again taken to Akrestsina, where he spent another day. Later, Andrei was informed that he could be released on bail.
"We started discussing approximate options for how we could proceed. Naturally, the information reached my employer. The guys there made some calculations, well, and, let's say, offered an option like bail, that is, to be released on bail. The guys from my company collected the money and managed to deposit it in the morning. I signed certain papers. Additionally, I was also brought to the chief, who said that, well, I had behaved badly, that it's generally unacceptable to do such things, that in this country it's inadmissible to joke about the head of the country and all that. I, in turn, said that such a meaning was not intended at all, which, by the way, is absolutely true. Nevertheless, I, like, perfectly understand that for older, more mature people, naturally, all these jokes and so on are alien to them," the blogger said.
As a result, Andrei was released from the pre-trial detention center, but the criminal case against him has not yet been closed.
Andrei Dunikouski resigned from Betera in 2024. In 2025, he recorded an almost seven-hour video that gathered hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube. In the video, he spoke about his work at the company and claimed that its aggressive advertising works well. After this, the Belarusian's former employer had claims against the ex-employee.
In March 2026, the company filed a statement against the former employee, demanding to bring the man to justice under eight administrative articles and one criminal article. Administrative offenses referred to issues of personal data protection, and the criminal article mentioned in the statement was Art. 369¹ ("Discrediting Belarus"), the blogger said.
