Solovyov Accused Ksenia Sobchak and Her Mother Narusova of Treason

Solovyov spoke about Sobchak's leaked correspondence at the beginning of the "Sunday Evening" broadcast. He did not name her surname, however, from the context of the statement it was clear that Solovyov was referring specifically to Sobchak and Narusova.

Solovyov began to speak about them in the context of the NATO summit, which took place this week in Turkey. The TV presenter mentioned Volodymyr Zelenskyy's statement after the summit that Ukraine's desire to end the war has "support not only among partners in the world, but also among Putin's inner circle."

"How do they know that? — Solovyov asked. — Because it turned out that a certain Israeli journalist has close ties with representatives of Zelenskyy's inner circle? Are they talking on the phone, leaking information?"

In the leaked correspondence, there is an exchange of messages between "Sobchak" and "former head of the office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak."

"And how should one react to this — when in the disclosed correspondence it suddenly turns out that in the interests of foreign agents, traitors to our homeland, Navalny supporters, personally Navalny, an acting senator of the Russian Federation and her daughter acted, supplying information, verifying and serving those who existed on the money of foreign special services. Is this normal? Is this normal? Is this not treason to our homeland?"

Solovyov stated that "so much was done for this family that they should have been indebted until the grave." However, "they went down the path of betrayal, in my opinion," he said.

The TV presenter slipped in: "Of course, if this correspondence corresponds to reality, as does the conversation."

At the end of the comment, Solovyov suggested the existence of a "conspiracy" in Vladimir Putin's inner circle.

"What other information did they collect and transmit? About whom else among the leaders of our country? What other assignments did they carry out? And from whom did they receive them? What kind of phrasing is this? 'There's someone in the inner circle.' So, is this a conspiracy?"

This week, fragments were published, allegedly, of Ksenia Sobchak's correspondence with the editor-in-chief of "Ostorozhno, Novosti" Sergey Titov, the Kremlin's main Telegram contractor Kristina Potupchik, and Boris Yeltsin's family representative Polina Deripaska. The leaked "correspondence" also includes dialogues, as follows from the publications, with Yermak, the head of the Department of Public Projects of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergey Novikov, and the head of the propagandist ANO "Dialog" Vladimir Tabak.

Sobchak herself, after the first leak, called the leaked conversations "fakes," however, in correspondence with the editor of "Agentstvo," she did not answer the question of whether all her dialogues were falsified.
