The investigation claims that, in reality, foreign citizens were promoting online casinos for residents of their countries, where such activities are prohibited. In addition, a studio for producing erotic content, used for advertising purposes, was organized in one of the rented houses in the Minsk district.
The third detainee, a 21-year-old Minsk resident, was involved in finding clients. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, she was assisted by two individuals from the Middle East, aged 28 and 33.
According to preliminary data, documents were issued in this manner for at least 40 foreigners. For their services, the organizers charged between 1,500 and 2,000 dollars per person.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the organization of illegal migration. Foreign citizens who were in the country in violation of the law face forced expulsion. Investigators are also identifying other possible participants in the scheme.
