Dangerous Chemicals Found in Aloe Vera Drink

The Ministry of Health of Belarus warned about a dangerous product.

The non-carbonated Aloe Vera drink, produced by the Russian enterprise LLC "Velta-Penza", is under discussion. According to Rospotrebnadzor, technical liquid was found in a batch of the product.

Laboratory tests confirmed the presence of dangerous volatile organic compounds in five units of the drink and in a concentrate sample.

The investigation continues, and the activities of the manufacturing plant have been suspended.

Sanitary and epidemiological surveillance services in Belarus are already conducting inspections and confiscating the dangerous drink from sale.

The Ministry of Health strongly urges immediate abstinence from consuming this drink. If you see this product in a store, please report it to your local state sanitary supervision institution.
