Father Akalatovich's car and icon could not be sold. No one came to the auction
The regular auctions for the sale of Father Henrich Akalatovich's seized property did not take place, as no participants came to them, noted "Christian Vision".

No buyer was found for the 2007 Volkswagen Transporter with an initial price of 16,860 rubles, nor for the 18th-century icon "Resurrection of Christ from the Tomb," which, after a previous failed attempt, was put up for sale for 2,400 rubles.

Now, the "BelYurZabespechenie" platform offers the claimant to take the unsold property as payment for the debt from the enforcement proceedings.
This is not the first attempt by Belarusian authorities to sell the priest's property. Previously, his old icons were sold at auction — they were bought by the sole registered participant. However, a land plot in Baranavichy district could not be sold. Akalatovich's cars were also previously put up for auction.
Henrich Akalatovich himself was arrested on November 16, 2023, and sentenced to 11 years in a penal colony on charges of "treason against the state." In November 2025, he was released after a pardon, after which he, along with another Catholic priest Andrzej Juchniewicz, left for Rome.
