A meeting with Lukashenka is scheduled for Friday. They will discuss the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation, the key directions of which are outlined in the roadmap for 2026-2028.
Min Aung Hlaing came to power in Myanmar as a result of a military coup that took place in February 2021, which resulted in the imprisonment of the country's leader, Nobel laureate Aung San Suu Kyi. Since then, he has headed the interim government. In 2026, parliament elected him president.
