The US intends to try to resume the negotiation process between Ukraine and Russia in the coming weeks, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Fox News.
According to him, the American side will undertake diplomatic efforts to explore the possibility of the parties returning to the negotiating table.
At the same time, he noted that the achievement of an agreement is hindered by the rigid "red lines" maintained by both sides of the conflict.
“We also understand that both sides have fairly clear 'red lines', and until we manage to bring these 'red lines' a little closer, we will not achieve the desired outcome. But we are ready for it,” he said.
