In Postavy, the building of a local hotel is being sold at auction
In Postavy, the hotel building located in the city center has been put up for sale. The building was constructed in 1973 in the style of Soviet modernism and has an area of about 1.7 thousand square meters.
The hotel building is two-story, with an entrance decorated with columns. It has 41 rooms and can accommodate up to 88 people simultaneously. The hotel was renovated in 2006.
The initial price of the object is slightly more than 1 million Belarusian rubles. The auction is scheduled for July 28 and will take place through the "BUTB-Property" platform.
At the same time, it is noted that the object has several restrictions. Part of the premises is already leased until 2030, and changing the building's purpose is only possible with the permission of local authorities.
